30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your device for any reason, you may return it within this period for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns Include:

  • Devices that don’t meet your expectations
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Products that don’t match the description
  • Change of mind purchases

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

Device Condition:

  • Device must be in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included
  • Device should show minimal signs of use (normal handling acceptable)
  • No physical damage beyond what was disclosed at time of purchase

What’s Required:

  • Original order number or receipt
  • Reason for return (helps us improve our service)
  • All original packaging materials and accessories
  • Device reset to factory settings (personal data removed)

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at returns@upgradedelectronics.com or call our customer service
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Securely package the device with all original materials
  • Include the RA number clearly marked on the package
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Send the package to our returns center (address provided with RA)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrectly described

Refund Information

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price refunded for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to facilitate exchanges for:

  • Different device models of equal or greater value
  • Same device in different condition/specifications
  • Upgraded devices (customer pays difference)

Exchange requests follow the same 30-day window and return process outlined above.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Devices returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items with customer-caused damage not disclosed at purchase
  • Devices missing original accessories or packaging
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with

Defective Items:

  • Defective devices can be returned beyond 30 days if covered under warranty
  • We cover all shipping costs for verified defective items
  • Expedited replacement available for defective items

Warranty Information

All devices come with our 90-day Upgraded Electronics warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Battery performance issues
  • Display problems

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage from drops or accidents
  • Water damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues not related to hardware
